Now comes another past my bedtime must win match in Honduras. Is that the place where they beat bongo drums outside the USA team hotel all the night before?
One guy who will sleep through it is Pulisic who gave it all he had last night.
We searched for this game last night but discovered it was only available on Paramount+ which should just about tell everyone what kind of quality programming US soccer is providing.
Also I went to college in Nashville and in my entire time there I never saw a country music star (to be fair I wouldn’t recognize most of them) but once while I was at the movies there was a rumor that Nicole Kidman was there with Keith Urban. The movie was Gangs of New York and the film reel melted midway.
Every time I see a country music star interviewed on TV, it's from "his/her farm outside of Nashville." I'm thinking (a) it's a rented place where they do interviews when they're not living in LA or (b) there's a giant Country Music commune outside of Nashville.
I just realized I’m mixing memories. The Gangs of New York thing and the Nicole Kidman thing were a few years apart. It’s just one big bowl of boring soup in my mind.
I disagree, Berhalter would not violate the dress code of any barbeque restaurant in Tennessee - unless he wore a mask.
Jeez, Louise, now I see the match will "begin" at 1030. The midnight slot was taken by a local team.

Nashville: city of disappointed dreams.
