My 3 sons--ages 11, 14 and 16--binge watched all 188 episodes of The Office over a 3 or 4 month timeframe during the early part of 2022, not because I recommended it but because all their friends were watching it. When I asked why a show that had been off the air for 10 years had become such a hit with high schoolers, the oldest said, Because it’s funny.
