I appreciate your not making jokes regarding the assassination attempt. I disagree with you when comedy is best, however I feel that comedy during, or shortly following, a tragedy is best performed by the in group. Republican Trumpian comics could actually be very healing right now.
What I really hope you address soon is the Alec Baldwin trial! (I'm sure there's a joke there about how a famous Trump impersonator got off shortly before someone tried to kill the actual Trump, but there is plenty of other fodder as well)

The eventual prosecutor (after the previous one was thrown off the hit squad for constitutional and personally slimy reasons) covered herself also in slime. The honest judge was having none of it. That prosecutor should lose her law license.....
